I often see reviews that are one star and the author complains that the reviewer never raised a support question before giving one star. Well, I raised a question, received a standard answer which did not address my query and despite asking again a number of times the author ignores me. This is a popular plugin and it works well but clearly the support has failed to meet my hopes. I know authors are not obliged to give help or assistance but it would be nice and won't encourage me to go Pro or indeed buy anything that this author promotes.

An effective and simple plug in, that does its job without too much hassle. Great for beginners or less technical people as my self.
