The CookieFirst cookie banner plugin only uses the following cookies/localstorage
– “cookiefirst-consent” – This cookie and local storage item stores the consent preference of the user
– “cookiefirst-id” – This local storage item stores the users unique ID which can be used to retrieve the consent from our database

Instalação
This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.
e.g.
- Login to your WP dashboard
- Go to the Plugins section on the left menu bar
- Click on the Add New button at the top of the page
- Search for the CookieFirst plugin
- Click on the Install now button and go to Settings > CookieFirst
- Login to your CookieFirst account
- Copy your domain api key under “Your embed script” within your domain settings
- Choose whether your website adheres to the “GDPR”
- Save settings
To embed the cookie declaration to your website, simply put this shortcode in your WordPress editor [cookiefirst_declaration] or if you use the Gutenberg block

The short asnwer is No, not immediately. By default this plugin adds the CookieFirst cookie banner to your website. Also this integrates with the WordPress Consent API and all plugins that use this api. See our support area for more integration guides for Google Tag Manager.
