Support requests get zero response. It’s extremely frustrating.

I am a top 1000 shareasale merchant and there is no support for this plugin, they dont respond on Wordpress or on shareasale support. the plugin has serious issues and will cause your checkout processing to increase to 30-50 seconds and has many PHP warnings.

Seems Shareasale never heard about international websites!
Feed takes only default currency (I have 2 but no choice given) and included ALL languages (not English only) with strange encoding.
So entrance fee to shareasale (about 200 dollars) is just waste.
My offer:
make a choice of currency for feed
make a choice of categories included for feed
